Born on February 17, 1990, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Chelsea was the daughter of Dale and Lori (Buckingham) Edaburn. She attended Washington High School and was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on May 12, 2007, serving as a ministry pioneer for four years. Chelsea married Andrew Jamin McCallum on May 21, 2011, in Bertram. She worked as a Virtual Meeting Producer for Virtual Velocity.
Chelsea was known for her bubbly personality, kindness, and thoughtfulness. She devoted time to volunteer construction work for her church, enjoyed baking, painting, and crocheting, and had a deep love for her cats, Ezio and Octavia.
She is survived by her husband, Andrew McCallum of Springville; parents, Dale and Lori Edaburn of Marion; sister, Whitney Edaburn of Iowa City; paternal grandmother, Pat Edaburn of Cedar Rapids; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Glenn and Dorothy Buckingham, and her paternal grandfather.
Chelsea’s warmth, generosity, and creativity touched all who knew her, leaving a lasting legacy of love and compassion.
